Great quote! So many times we really don't "listen" because we're too occupied figuring out what WE are going to say. In my work I am putting together a leadership training seminar for a company in the national security industry. One sub-section involves the principle of becoming an "active listener" which is critical for anyone who desires to maximize their leadership potential!
